Our project management includes the planning, execution, and coordination of assessments aimed at evaluating the environmental condition of a specific site. These assessments are typically conducted to identify potential environmental hazards, assess contamination levels, and determine the suitability of a site for redevelopment or other purposes. We oversee various stages of the assessment process which can include the initial site reconnaissance, data collection, sampling and analysis, risk assessment, and reporting. We work closely with environmental consultants, engineers, scientists, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure that assessments are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Some key responsibilities include planning, regulatory compliance, field work coordination, organizing data analysis and interpretation, report preparation, and stakeholder communication.
